How It Works
We know life is busy, so we’ve made the process simple, stress-free, and above all, safe.
Your Child’s Safety & Privacy
Your child’s well-being and privacy are my highest priority.
I am a sole trader and the only person who photographs, edits and manages your child’s images. I hold a current Working With Children Check and work within the safety expectations of early childhood environments.
Here’s how your photos are handled:
• Images are photographed and edited solely by me using Adobe Photoshop (no AI editing programs).
• Photos are stored securely on local encrypted storage devices.
• No cloud storage, Dropbox or shared file systems are used.
• Images are not emailed or transferred online for printing.
Finished files are delivered directly to a local professional print house via an external storage device. The print house does not retain copies of any images.
Online galleries are delivered through Pixieset, a professional photography platform. Each gallery is protected by a unique access code and is accessible only to your family.
Images are securely stored for up to 6 months to allow for additional orders, after which they are permanently deleted.
Images are never used for marketing or social media without explicit written parental or guardian consent.

Photo Week Magic Happens!
Jen visits your preschool and spends time with each child in a relaxed, playful way. Your child will get to choose an activity they love, whether it's music, the slide, bike riding or outdoor play, and Jen will capture them in their element. Please note that we can not photograph any child that has not got an active order or consent from a parent.
Receive Your Gallery
Once editing is complete, you’ll receive a private online gallery link to view and download your photos. Depending on your package, physical prints will be delivered back to your centre for distribution.

Download, print, or frame your favourite moments. These aren’t just photos, they’re memories of a special time in your child’s early years.
