How to book a JTP-KIDS Preschool Photoshoot
Considering a photography shoot for your preschool?
I would be thrilled to come and meet you and see your centre. As a small business, when you book me for your photoshoot you are supporting local and I really appreciate this.
You can complete the enquiry form below, send me an email or get in touch with me via socials. I will arrange a time to come in centre and meet you, show you my portfolio and discuss the 'ins and outs' of the preschool shoot to make sure that the process works for you and the families and children in your centre.
On the week of your photoshoot, I will come to your centre each morning either 3 days or 5 depending on the size of the centre and amount of photos required. I snap away for approximately 2hrs each day. This causes minimal disruption to the centre and allows children to continue their daily routine.
I supply you with all the order forms necessary so that parents can make their selections and photo packages returned to the centre within 3 weeks from photo week.

How It Works
We understand that early learning services operate within strict safety and compliance frameworks. Our process is designed to be simple, professional, and aligned with child protection expectations.
Child Safety & Image Protection
Children’s wellbeing and privacy are the highest priority.
I operate as a sole trader and am the only person who photographs, edits and manages all images. I hold a current Working With Children Check and work in accordance with the safety standards expected within early childhood environments.
Image handling protocols:
• All photographs are taken and edited solely by me using Adobe Photoshop (no AI editing programs).
• Images are stored securely on encrypted local storage devices.
• No cloud storage, Dropbox or shared file systems are used.
• Images are not emailed or transferred online for printing.
Final print files are delivered directly to a local professional print house via an external storage device. The print provider does not retain or archive any image files.
Online galleries are delivered through Pixieset, a professional photography platform. Each gallery is secured with a unique access code and is accessible only to the child’s family.
Images are stored securely for up to 6 months to allow for additional orders and are permanently deleted after this period.
Images are never used for marketing, advertising or social media without explicit written parental or guardian consent.
Consent Requirements
No child is photographed without an active order and confirmed parental consent. Centres are not required to manage image distribution, payments or data storage.
Photography Packages
Families are invited to select and purchase their preferred package directly through the secure online system.
Secure Online Ordering
Payments are processed through a secure checkout platform. Families receive direct confirmation, removing administrative burden from the centre.
Photo Week
I attend your service and photograph children in a calm, play-based manner that respects routines and minimises disruption. Children are photographed engaging in familiar activities such as music, outdoor play or creative time.
Gallery Delivery
Families receive a private online gallery link to view and order images. Where physical prints are included, they are delivered back to the centre for simple distribution.

The goal is to provide beautiful, natural images while ensuring privacy, compliance and minimal impact on your team’s daily operations.
